"A big thank you! You were able to quickly book a last minute hotel package to Vegas for me at a price much better than the "best rate" advertised on the hotel's very own website. Through no fault of yours, the hotel was over booked resulting in a one night stay at another hotel. Without having to even request it, you contacted the hotel to have them issue me credit back for one night worth of lodging even though I didn't have to pay at the 2nd hotel that night. They said to allow 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear. You even took the time to contact me every month until the credit appeared back on my credit card after my trip was over, something I probably wouldn't have forgotten to check."
